Glamping at Badlands Basecamp:
Wild Productions is proud to offer a tailor-made glamping experience along the picturesque Little Missouri River in Medora, North Dakota. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in this unique celebration from July 1-5, 2026, commemorating the grand opening of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library during our nation's 250th anniversary.
To ensure an exceptional experience, we require a minimum stay of three nights. If you plan to arrive later than July 2nd, please reach out to our glamping specialists when arranging your travel, so our camp concierge can be ready to welcome you properly.
Upon arriving at camp, guests will be directed to designated parking and then check in at our Lobby Tent, conveniently located nearby. Our Camp Concierge will assist you with your check-in, escort you to your tents, and deliver your luggage.
Our hospitality team will be available around the clock to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

Badlands Basecamp is truly an extraordinary experience, meticulously crafted to honor and commemorate our Nation's 250th anniversary. This unique gathering offers guests a chance to immerse themselves in a vibrant celebration of history, culture, and community. Once our joyous festivities come to a close, the tents that have provided shelter and camaraderie will be carefully taken down, allowing the landscape to reclaim its space. As the last remnants of the event are cleared away, the area will return to its natural, untamed beauty, reminding us of the enduring spirit of the land and the moments shared during this remarkable occasion.
Can I book for just one night?
Since each glamping tent is specially delivered, constructed, and furnished for this unique occasion, all reservations necessitate a minimum stay of three nights. While you are not required to stay for the entire three nights, we strongly encourage you to embrace the experience for the sake of adventure.
Will meals be included?
Tents will be equipped with drinking water to ensure your comfort throughout your stay, along with a welcome bag filled with a variety of delicious snacks to make you feel right at home. Additionally, our team will provide you with detailed information about dining options and local cuisine once your booking is confirmed.
Accessibility
We want everyone to feel comfortable and cared for during their stay. Because our camps are set in natural environments, accessibility can vary depending on terrain and layout—but we’re always happy to help however we can.

Cancellation Policy
As our entire glamping village is custom-built, all bookings are strictly non-refundable. However, reservations may be transferred to another guest up to 14 days before arrival.
Terms and Conditions
By reserving your stay at Badlands Basecamp in Medora, North Dakota, you are stepping into a thoughtfully designed, nature-based experience. As a temporary outdoor accommodation, guests acknowledge that elements such as weather, terrain, and the surrounding environment are part of what makes this experience unique, and conditions may vary accordingly.
To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. All reservations are nonrefundable; however, should your plans change, your reservation may be transferred to another guest with written notice provided at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Within fourteen (14) days of the event, reservations are final and non-transferable.
We ask that all guests move through the space with care and respect—for the land, the accommodations, and one another. Guests are responsible for their personal safety and belongings throughout their stay. While we take great care in creating a safe and comfortable environment, Badlands Basecamp and its operators are not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage, except where required by applicable law. Any damage to tents, furnishings, or shared spaces may result in additional charges.
We reserve the right to remove any guest from the property, without refund, for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or not aligned with the spirit of the experience.
